These three nesting bowls comprise a wheel thrown porcelain set. Each bowl has three tiers of collaged Chinese floral handpainted decals on the interior and a fourth border of handpainted color on the exterior rim. The colors of each bowl include red, green and blue decals handpainted in orange, yellow and blue underglazes. All of the surfaces are fired with a clear glaze. It is advisable to wash by hand— The heat of a dishwasher appliance will fade the bright colors of the Chinese floral deals used in creating the patterns on these bowls.
